A Special design receives an increase in the building space equal to:
- 5% if the design was a result of an international competition approved by the Municipality of Jeddah Province
- 2.5% if the design was a result of an local competition approved by the Municipality of Jeddah Province
Incentives for Establishing of Gardens and Public Parks:
The owner of the project deserves an increase of the building space equal to double the space which the developer created as public places, parks, or playing grounds etc.
Incentives for Widening Streets and Pavements:
The owner of the project deserves an increase of the building space equal to double the space the developer left for widening the street or to make a pavement
Incentives for Increasing Parking Spaces:
The owner of the project deserves an increase of the building space equal to the space the developer provides as parking spaces over what his/her project requires providing that the new building receives sufficient parking and that these parking spaces are not sold or their purpose changed to something else.
