The city of Jeddah is witnessing rapid growth in various areas of trade and economies as it is going through a period of great revival,which contributed to a significant improvement in the conditions for investment as well as encouraging domestic investment, and attracting foreign investment in all sectors, especially in construction and real estate sectors.
To cope with this development and rapid growth, and based on the guidance of His Excellency Mayor of Jeddah Province, the 'General Administration of Unique Projects & the Development of Special Zones' was established to raise the quality of performance in all unique projects, including designs and construction.This administration also deals with various stages of development,including application procedures, studies, and approval for implementationin order to ensure the reflection of urban construction and real estate befits the economic status of the city of Jeddah.

To contribute to the promotion of development and investment in the urban city of Jeddah through the provision of service plans and reviewing of issuance of building permits for special projects through distinctive professionalism and speed of delivery.
