My teaching philosophy is to teach in the College of Engineering's Industrial Engineering Department, my ultimate objective is to teach students to be professional practicing engineers who apply the fundamental engineering process to all endeavors. My teaching philosophy is for the professor to proactively model behavior consistent with an ethical, practicing engineer; and for the students to be actively engaged in learning, applying, and creating knowledge. I demonstrate this philosophy by continuously improving my courses with feedback from students, and all others involved.
