The GIS center is one of the key departments in Jeddah municipality that provide, support, and maintain the e-government systems and solutions. The GIS center is responsible for all geo-spatial projects that belong to Jeddah municipality. Building a reliable, up to date, and comprehensive geo-data base, and delivering e-solutions and geo-services are examples of the main responsibilities of the center.
The aim of this website is to present the role of the GIS center, resources that are available, type of solutions and services that are offered, in addition to Jeddah Explorer which is a window to explore Jeddah maps on the Internet.
